Overview

A media for the kickboxing family — Muay Thai, boxe thaï, Kick Boxing and K1. Two ways in, in one site: guides for someone walking into a gym for the first time (a first class, recovery, the clinch) and investigations into what the sport rarely discusses — purses, weight cutting, injuries kept quiet. Fighters, coaches, gyms and organisations round out the archive.

The challenge

Kickboxing sports get told through fight-night results. What actually decides a career — the money, the weight cut, the injuries kept quiet — is written almost nowhere; and the beginner wondering what a first class looks like finds no more than that.

Our answer

A Next.js and Tailwind site on Vercel, read through two doors. “Beginner guides” speaks to someone who has never put gloves on: preparing for a first class, recovering after a session, understanding what the clinch is for. “Analysis” opens the files the sport keeps to itself, under named rubrics — Behind the KO, The price of the body: low purses, weight cuts pushed to collapse, careers damaged by medical silence. Around them sit the fighters, the coaches, the gyms, the organisations and the four disciplines, each with its own page; every article states its reading time and its date.

The outcome

Live (2026) at boxe-thai.com — 44 pages in the sitemap, 15 articles, four disciplines covered. Audience published after measurement, never before.
