A rebuild of the Boxing Center network's official online store — memberships, trial sessions, coaching and gear in one funnel: Stripe checkout, a PrestaShop bridge and a catalogue continuously synced with Deciplus.

The network's legacy store lived apart from its Deciplus management system: a hand-maintained catalogue, offers scattered across gyms, no single funnel to sell memberships, trial sessions and gear.
Our answer
A store rebuilt under the house crest: Stripe checkout, a PrestaShop bridge for the legacy stack, and a sync bot that continuously republishes the Deciplus catalogue — deployed on Vercel with order webhooks.
The outcome
Live — the network's official store runs on this rebuild. No commercial metrics published without the client's sign-off.
