A centralised form-backend SaaS — the self-hosted alternative to Jotform, Formspree and EmailJS. Every submission from every site in one dashboard, with white-label emails and next-gen spam blocking.

Every client site demanded its own form plumbing: SMTP to configure, spam to filter, receipts to style — multiplied across twenty sites.
Our answer
One microservice (V3): a centralised admin panel, dynamic white-label emails (client logos, colors, fonts), styled FR/EN receipts, NLP + proof-of-work + honeypot spam defense, live failure logs, CSV lead export and dynamic CORS.
The outcome
In production across the studio's sites — EAM's own contact form can plug into it. Zero per-site SMTP setup.
