Overview
Eight sites, one per town around Toulouse — Colomiers, Muret, Cugnaux, Tournefeuille, Labège, L’Union, Castelginest, Blagnac. Each answers the resident looking for a boxing club nearby: the club that welcomes them, the bus line or exit that gets them there, the class that fits. Same mechanics, but a text, a colour and a motion signature of its own for every town.

Residents of eight towns search “boxing club” followed by their town’s name. The network welcomes them at the neighbouring club — it still had to tell them so, town by town, without cloning the same page eight times.
Our answer
A family of static sites: every fact lives in a single registry and the build rejects a page that contradicts it, misses a keyword or stays closed to indexing. Every town has its own hue, its motion signature, its pages for neighbouring towns, its guides, a form protected by proof-of-work — and under 9 KB of JavaScript per page.
The outcome
Live (2026) — eight sites on eight domain names, 137 pages in their sitemaps. Rankings published after measurement, never before.
